First fiscal year in progress: Our 501(c)(3) status was approved by the IRS on April 1, 2026 (effective retroactively to our October 10, 2025 formation). Our first Form 990 covers fiscal year 2026 and will be published here after filing (due May 15, 2027).

Consumer Transparency Collective is a Missouri nonprofit corporation and an IRS-recognized public charity under section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Donations are tax-deductible under IRC Section 170.
